A label for I, Parasite?

I've been running Dark Vision Media as my label for a while, but honestly I'd rather focus on creating music than the business end of it. Given the shifts in our sound over time, what are some small/indie labels that you think might be a good fit for I, Parasite? I'm curious at what people think may be a good home for us.

The Sick Are Not Healing poster sale.

These beautiful limited edition posters are still available. I only printed 100 of each and I want you to have them! From now until December 25, 2010 the posters are only $15 each (marked down from $20). Hand numbered and signed by both the artist, Paul Komoda, and me. 19" x 25", three color (white, black, metallic gold) screen printed poster on 80# Evergreen Silvertip paper.

We're now taking preorders for reprinting the I, Parasite Dirty Logo t-shirt.

Please note: This store item is really for ordering sizes that we don't currently have in stock. If we have your size in stock, simply order it as usual. Sizes now include Youth Medium, Youth Large, as well as 2XL and 3XL.

Once we have 8-10 orders (from this preorder, or from our stock) we will submit a reorder to the shirt printer. Please allow extra time for the shirts to be printed and shipped to us! We'll let you know when the shirts are ready to be shipped to you.

I, Parasite live @ Lit Lounge NYC on October 4, 2010

I, Parasite will be playing at the Lit Lounge in NYC on October 4th. I believe we're going on at 11:15 and we will be playing a short 30 minute set. I hope to see all of our NY fans and friends there!

Bret Calder and I are currently on tour with Android Lust for the Animalia Tour with Mankind Is Obsolete. We have I, Parasite merch with us, although I'm not sure we'll have it set up every night (space permitting). But it'll be there, so if you want anything just ask!

We have our remaining copies of The Sick Are Not Healing, copies of On This Cold Floor, what's left of the Dirty Logo t-shirts (some sizes may be missing), Bret's tube pendants, as well as all three of the TSANH posters with artwork by Paul Komoda.

Our online store is currently closed, but it will reopen when we get back in September!

In the early 2000s I put out a free CDr of demos, previously unreleased live tracks, and remixes from 1996 through about 2001. I've just now made if available from our music store.

It's free, but any donations go to maintaining the band and recording new material.

I, Parasite | Cope EP - out now!

In 2004 I had several false starts on what would eventually become I, Parasite's 3rd full length album, The Sick Are Not Healing. In 2005 I collected and completed my favorite of these false starts with the intention of releasing them as an EP, but for various reasons it never happened. I'm pleased that now I'm able to finally get these tracks out into the world.

If you've bought merch from us before, you should know that we've closed the old DARKVISIONMEDIA store and have relocated all our stuff to a new store with Big Cartel.
